Well good news for Pittsburgh sports fans, the Atlanta Thrashers are playing at the Igloo for this afternoons game. With the rate of popular sports personalities getting accused of crimes in Georgia this is very good. The Thrashers are currently two points out of a playoff spot (the one Philadelphia currently holds) so don't expect an easy game from Atlanta. Johan 'Moose" Hedburg will start in net this afternoon and would love to get his team to the playoffs as he started this season as the teams backup goalie.
The Penguins come into today's game still wondering what happened versus Tampa Bay. The players held a players only meeting and Dan Bylsma held an extra practice at 7 am the next morning. Will the Pens bounce back from a bad preformance Wednesday Sidney Crosby - "That’s what we have to do. We’ve always done that I think. We’ve had bad games, and two practices have been really good. We have a big game here tomorrow."
